The Heart of Castel del Monte in Crifo Wines. From the Native Nero di Troia to the Excellence of Fuorilemura
Our wine lines pay homage to the local winemaking richness, with Nero di Troia as the undisputed leading grape but with equal attention to Bombino Bianco, Bombino Nero, Pampanuto, and Moscatello Selvatico. Our selections range from the labels of the historic Grifone Line to characteristic wines such as Augustale, and those that dare to step outside traditional boundaries, such as the refined Fuorilemura. Thanks to the characteristics derived from the grape varieties, the terroir of Castel del Monte and the precision of production techniques, the Apulian Crifo wines can satisfy the tastes of those who love the structured Nero di Troia red wine, the fresh and elegant Moscatello or Verdeca white wines, and the refined rosé wines from Bombino Nero.
