The freshly harvested grapes are taken to the production plant for the selection of bunches and the subsequent destemming and pressing. Pre-fermentative maceration is carried out at controlled temperature for 24/48 hours, then the must is left to ferment with selected steel yeasts for 7/10 days. It is then gently pressed. Still in steel, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation before a brief aging in barriques. After bottling, it spends a few months in the glass before being marketed.
Seductive and intriguing ruby red color. Elegant floral scent of slightly wilted violet. Blackberries, blueberries, and black cherries intertwine with the grape’s typical notes of cinchona and graphite, while spices, undergrowth, and dark tobacco emerge in the background. Warm taste and vigorous tannic consistency. Persistent finish with fruity and toasted notes.
