Suavì Sparkling White Wine: The native expression of Verdeca or Pampanuto from Puglia
The Suavì Sparkling White Wine is an authentic expression of the Puglian territory, produced exclusively with pure Verdeca grapes. These grapes come from the fertile land of Ruvo di Puglia, where they are cultivated using the traditional Puglian Pergola system and carefully harvested in mid-September. The winemaking process begins with gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by decantation and filtration of the must. The latter is then cooled to zero degrees Celsius. The secondary fermentation, crucial for bubble formation, takes place in an autoclave, before the wine is bottled, preserving its freshness and primary aromas.
Suavì Sparkling Rosé Wine: The Lively Elegance of Bombino Nero
The Suavì Sparkling Rosé Wine stands out for its elegance and liveliness, obtained from pure Bombino Nero grapes. For this wine as well, the production area is the renowned territory of Ruvo di Puglia, with vines grown using the Puglian Pergola system and a harvest that takes place at the end of September. The winemaking process mirrors that of its white counterpart: the grapes undergo gentle pressing, the must is decanted, filtered, and subsequently cooled to zero degrees. Fermentation occurs in an autoclave, a fundamental step that gives the wine its characteristic effervescence, before proceeding to bottling.
