Among our quality still white wines stands out the Bombino Bianco. It comes from a native Apulian grape variety that stands out for its potential both in purity, as in the Terre del Crifo Castel del Monte, in Bombino Bianco DOP, in Grifone Bombino Bianco di Puglia IGP, and for the sparkling wines made with the Classic Method. The resulting white wines are characterized by a straw color, pleasant aromas, a slightly mineral taste with hints of almonds and anise.

The Pampanuto, also known as Verdeca, is another pillar among the Apulian white grape varieties from which to extract fine white wines under the Crifo brand. Verdeca is present in the Le Matine Verdeca di Puglia IGP and in the blend Vesia. The Vesia, which is made from Verdeca and Malvasia di Puglia IGP, the other native Apulian white grape variety that gives light and neutral wines but with a pronounced acidic backbone, is ideal for those seeking freshness and versatility in food and wine pairings.
