The grapes are immediately taken to the winery for gentle pressing, the must is then cooled and kept at a low temperature for a few hours. Once clarified, it is fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16°C. The subsequent aging of the wine continues in steel until the bottling stage.
Golden-green reflections mirror in the intense and bright straw yellow, revealing to the nose distinct aromas of apricot and white peach, intertwined with a delicate floral of magnolia and broom. On the palate, lively freshness predominates while citrus and aromatic herbs unfold over a long mineral background.
