The grapes undergo gentle pressing and the resulting must is decanted and filtered before being brought to a temperature of zero degrees Celsius. It is then loaded into an autoclave where it undergoes a single fermentation. It remains on the lees for 60 to 90 days before isobaric bottling.
Bright straw yellow with fragrant transparent pearls offering aromas of yellow flowers, mimosa, and syrupy peaches on a background of aromatic herbs and rose water. Creamy and sweet, it finishes with fruity notes.
