The grapes are immediately taken to the winery for gentle pressing, the must is then cooled and kept at a low temperature for a few hours. Once clarified, it is fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16°C. The subsequent aging of the wine continues in steel until the bottling stage.
Bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers fragrant aromas of white flowers, exuberant crunchy fruit, and aromatic herbs. Freshness and savoriness perfectly balanced with its alcohol content reveal, on tasting, a long citrusy and balsamic finish.
