The grapes undergo gentle pressing and the resulting must is decanted and filtered before being brought to a temperature of zero degrees Celsius. It is then loaded into an autoclave where it undergoes a single fermentation. It remains on the lees for 60 to 90 days before isobaric bottling.
Delicate and brilliant straw yellow. Subtle and fine floral and vegetal aromas. It boasts a lively foam while the bubbles highlight fresh and crisp fruit on the palate. Pleasant citrus notes return in the finish.
