The grapes undergo gentle pressing and the resulting must is decanted and filtered before being brought to a temperature of zero degrees Celsius. It is then loaded into an autoclave where it undergoes a single fermentation. It remains on the lees for 60 to 90 days before isobaric bottling.
In the straw-yellow glass, green-gold reflections shine. Its perlage brings lively aromas of white flowers and nectarine peach. The taste, fresh and inviting, offers fruity aromas perfectly balanced with measured softness.
