The grapes, freshly harvested, are cooled and remain in contact with the skins for 4-6 hours to extract aromas and color. Then, they undergo gentle pressing and the obtained must is decanted and filtered before being brought to a temperature of zero degrees Celsius. It is then loaded into an autoclave where it undergoes a single fermentation. It stays on the lees for 60 to 90 days before moving to isobaric bottling.
Blush pink color with lively and bright vermilion reflections. Delicate aroma of wild strawberry and red geranium. The bubbles offer a fresh and dynamic taste. It finishes pleasantly with crisp fruit.
