Mid-September.

Winemaking

The grapes are immediately taken to the winery for gentle pressing, the must is then cooled and kept at a low temperature for a few hours. Once clarified, it is fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16°C. The subsequent aging of the wine continues in steel until the bottling stage.

Organoleptic notes

Yellow color with bright greenish hues reveals pronounced notes of jasmine, bergamot, and hints of pineapple on the nose. On the palate, the acidic freshness and citrus notes are immediately appreciated with good minerality on the finish.
