The grapes, freshly harvested, are brought to the winery for cluster selection and subsequent crushing and destemming. A pre-fermentation maceration is then carried out at controlled temperature for 24/48 hours, followed by fermentation in steel for 7/10 days, always at controlled temperature. After racking, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation before bottling. After a few months in the bottle, it is released to the market.
It flaunts a ruby red dress with violet hues. The exuberant aromas of blackberries and plums, plum and black cherry, red flowers, and mint candies, precede a significant structure on the palate. With its dense tannic texture, alcohol and freshness create the right harmony for a memorable finish.
