The grapes, freshly harvested, are brought to the winery for cluster selection and subsequent crushing and destemming. A pre-fermentation maceration is then carried out at controlled temperature for 24/48 hours, followed by fermentation in steel for 7/10 days, always at controlled temperature. After racking, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation before bottling. After a few months in the bottle, it is released to the market.
Ruby color with vivid purple flashes. Intense aromas of blackberries and plums, with a shy violet in the background. Rich taste that becomes full and robust around a mature and measured tannin. Pleasant finish with returns of ripe fruit.
