Explicitly defined as a family of top-quality wines, the Augustale wines are produced in compliance with the production regulations Castel del Monte DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita). This excellence is the result of the meticulous selection of grape clusters from strictly native vineyards, such as Nero di Troia for the red Augustale Castel del Monte Nero di Troia Riserva DOCG and Bombino Nero for the rosé Augustale Castel del Monte Bombino Nero DOCG.
